Great location, friendly staff, and a really good breakfast. The rooms are clean and very comfortable, with aircon, a fridge, and crockery.

There are no phones in the room for calling reception, so you have to walk up if you need anything. On my first morning there was no heat, and the kettle didn't work. That afternoon I had to walk to reception because there were no towels in my room. The next morning the hot water cut off while I was showering, and there was nobody at reception when I checked out. Service was poor overall, and the rooms are very old.

Mary makes staying here easy every time. I can call her morning or late at night and she gets back to me super fast. She deserves 100/10. Thanks for making our visits worthwhile, Mary. You're awesome.

The staff made a strong impression during my three nights here. Everyone was warm, attentive, and quick to help, and the secure parking and braai area were nice extras. It’s in a quiet, safe part of Bryanston, close to shops and other conveniences, so it worked well for both business and leisure. My room was spacious, spotless, and comfortably furnished, with a lovely bed, air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and a TV with selected DStv channels. The careful decor made it feel both cozy and luxurious. Breakfast isn’t included on weekends, but the hospitality and cleanliness more than made up for that. I had a wonderful stay at The Royal Bryanston in Johannesburg and would happily recommend it.
