RAD STAYS 28 Madison Palms

We left as soon as we arrived because the property was not fit to stay in and presented serious health and safety concerns. The mattress was heavily soiled, with deep visible stains and bodily fluids, and there was black mold in the shower. The main light switch was broken and exposed; cables for the TV and internet were left in a dangerous, tangled state. We handed the keys to the security guard on duty and had to find other accommodation at our own expense. I’ve already submitted photos of the conditions. I requested a refund through the platform and was denied. A no-refund policy shouldn’t excuse a host from providing a clean, safe, habitable place, as required by law and Booking.com’s own service standards. Do not stay here.
