Premier Resort Cutty Sark

The ocean is so close that it gave our stay a peaceful, romantic feel. It felt like a honeymoon, and the surroundings made the time away extra special. The staff at Premier Resort Cutty Sark in Scottburgh were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, so we felt at home from arrival. A special thank you for the surprise birthday cake for my wife. It meant a lot and showed how much care the team puts into making guests feel special. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely return. Highly recommend it for couples, families, or anyone after a memorable seaside getaway.

The ocean-facing setting at Premier Resort Cutty Sark made a lovely impression, and the place felt peaceful and beautiful. It also seems well suited to parties and other special get-togethers, with the resort accommodating those events well. The buffet, though, was a real disappointment. There wasn't any meat, which was especially disappointing for me as someone who loves inyama. The meal brought down both my enjoyment and the sense of value for money. I expected more choice from a resort at this level. The views and event facilities are strong, but the buffet needs work.

The kids were disappointed by the games room: the snooker and soccer tables looked out of order, and the trampoline wasn't working either. At least the swings were usable. The part of Scottburgh beach below the hotel was littered, and I wish the municipality would do more to keep it clean. We still had a great holiday. It was our first time at a Premier hotel resort, and I'd book with them again. Our room was spacious, clean, and lovely, and the staff, from reception through to the waiters, were excellent. The food tasted good too, though the salad bar had the same salad every day and could use more effort.

Our room was spacious and looked out over the ocean. The hotel spa had affordable rates, and the food and drinks were reasonably priced. There's direct access to the beach, with dolphin watching and snorkeling available when the weather allows. Breakfast could be better, but I'd definitely recommend the place.
