The staff’s kindness and hard work meant a lot to me. They even helped us buy and prepare food for our work site functions, and they managed all the many things we asked for. My colleague and I called Grace View home for a year and a half, and it was a great experience with great service. I’d recommend Grace View and its staff to anyone. We ended up staying in Secunda after our car broke down late in the afternoon and had to be towed into town. I called Grace View Geasthouse, and what a lovely place it turned out to be. The room had a flat-screen TV, bar fridge, microwave, kettle, cups, glasses, coffee, tea supplies, and a heater for cold nights. The decor made it feel like a queen’s room, and the mattress and pillows were good. Everything was clean, with white towels, a shower, toilet, and basin. The lady who helped us was spontaneous, friendly, and a pleasure to meet. Service was 100% excellent. Breakfast in the dining room came with a view of the pool and gardens. I’d recommend the “ Grace View Geasthouse” for an overnight stop or a longer stay while working at the mines. No need to look further for good service in Secunda. May God bless that geasthouse.
