The covered terrace had a wonderful view, and the swimming pool was close by with loungers and umbrellas. Our apartment, number eight in the cellar villa, was modern and nicely furnished, with a beautiful bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom and living room. We booked a long-term stay at Kunjani Villas and enjoyed every minute. Pia and Paul were perfect hosts, always ready to help. Breakfast had lots of choices and was delicious, and all the staff were very friendly. We’re especially grateful to Mike and Khanyie for their wonderful support and excellent cooking. Devonvale golf course is nearby, just 1.5 km away. We’ll certainly return to Kunjani villages.

Breakfast was very good, and the staff were amazing. The cottages and Presidential Suite have lovely vineyard views, apart from the garden cottage, which is set a little farther away. We really enjoyed our stay at Kunjani Villas, a beautiful little gem outside Stellenbosch. It’s a good choice if you want to be near the vineyards, around 15 minutes from Stellenbosch.

It’s a lovely, stunning petite villa, but I wouldn’t go to this wine farm for a tasting. There wasn’t a tasting, just bottles of wine for sale. It seems aimed mainly at guesthouse guests coming for meals, rather than the public looking for wine sales or a tour. I’d say it’s really for accommodation and food. We didn’t try the food, as we were exploring the unknown villas in Stellies.

Mike, Pia and the rest of the Kunjani team made the stay feel like a first-class luxury vila experience. We stayed in the residence, which has gorgeous views. If you get the chance, rent the presidential and residential villas together and stay as long as you can. What an amazing experience, we can’t wait to come back.

The staff were friendly and attentive, checking in so I never had to look for someone when I needed anything. The deck had a beautiful view, and the seating was comfortable with a great vibe. The food and service were outstanding. A must-eat place and a must-visit.
