The rooms are really pretty and quirky, with nice furniture. We also had a fan, some packed breakfast and, for some reason, milk? There were people making noise outside the window, and blackout curtains would have helped. Also, watch out for the mosquitoes around the area.

We had a good stay and would definitely come back. The rooms were tidy and very clean, the service was good, and breakfast was nice. The price was very reasonable too.

The photos online weren't even of the place where we stayed. We also couldn't get through the main gate twice. They knew it had stopped working late that morning, but it still wasn't fixed when we tried to enter at 19:00 that evening. Nobody was on the property to help. We called, were told someone would come in 10 minutes, and then had to wait.

The Dawson family showed real kindness and honesty when I accidentally left my wallet behind. They found it and made sure everything was still there, saving me a lot of stress. I'm deeply grateful to them. Our stay at Magnolia Place was lovely. The rooms were clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated, and the staff were attentive and ready to help. It made for a warm, enjoyable visit. Magnolia Place is a wonderful place to stay, and I highly recommend it for a memorable experience.

We cancelled our Booking.com reservation for free after paying, so the money was supposed to be returned within 14 days. The owner hasn't answered questions from us or from Booking.com. Unbelievable. Booking.com should stop advertising them, though they haven't been much help to us either.
