We had a really enjoyable stay at Adagio. The apartment was comfortable and easy to use, and that lovely woman who checked us in was so nice. It’s just up from the beach, with easy access to the main road and everything we needed nearby.

The host was so kind, and if anything came up, a quick call or WhatsApp message was all it took for her to help right away. We loved the calm setting and beautiful surroundings, and the backup power made everything feel even more worry-free. Adagio Stilbay has a luxurious feel but is still affordable, with the beach about 150 metres away, close enough to enjoy while not being too close when the weather turns bad. It was a relaxing break from the pace of everyday life. I’d happily come back soon and recommend it to anyone after an affordable, peaceful getaway.

The privacy is the big drawback. You share a veranda with the next flat and face each other while having a braai, so there’s no privacy. The space is very small for the price, though it is close to the beach, spotlessly clean, and has high-quality linen.

The beach is an easy walk from here, and we had a lovely stay. The place had everything we needed.

Such a peaceful, amazing place. And a special thank-you to the charming owner, Rianna.
