Our second visit was even better than the first. The rooms are thoughtfully laid out, with bedrooms plus areas for eating and hanging out. There are tables indoors, braai areas outside, a pool to cool off in, a bar for a drink and a pool table for fun. Handy for the local attractions, and a lovely place to stay for one night or several days.

Annie and Stephanie were truly amazing, and the staff made my first backpacking experience memorable. They explained everything, and I was really impressed with all this gem had to offer. The vibe was cool, with plenty of parking. Our spotless room had a double bed and a double bunk, and the shared bathroom and toilet were immaculate too.

Stefanie (spelling?) was a really friendly, accommodating host, clearly committed to keeping standards high. The whole property was spick and span, especially the courtyard swimming pool, while still having a relaxed feel. What a little oasis in Struisbaai. I'd happily stay here again when I'm in town.

Andre is a true braai master, cooking for all of us, and breakfast was great and ready on time as promised. Thanks to Annie and the team for the excellent service and food. I didn't catch any of the breakfast team's names, but well done. See you on our next motorcycle adventure.

Annie made us feel welcome right away. The rooms were nice, the beds comfortable, and the hostel is in a great location. Having parking on site was handy, with the car close and easy to access. It's all on one floor and gated, which gave us some peace of mind. The indoor common area is lovely, with seating, a pool table, a bar and a massive fireplace. I got some work done there and enjoyed meeting people too. The showers had hot water and excellent pressure, always a plus. A really great place for a night or a few.
