Tiyani made a rainy afternoon feel welcoming from the start. As my partner and I arrived, she met us by the car with umbrellas and kindly showed us in, then found us a comfortable table. She explained the food and drinks menus with an easy professionalism and real enthusiasm. I’m vegetarian, and my meal felt thoughtfully put together, with a lovely personal touch. Everything we ate was beautifully presented, full of flavour, and better than we expected. Tiyani also handled every request promptly and graciously, making the whole visit feel effortless. Premier Hotel Thohoyandou felt inviting and refined, a real breath of fresh air. It lived up to its name, and we’d happily return for another memorable meal. We’d give it 10 stars if we could. Highly recommended.

We stayed at the Hotel in December 2025 and had a lovely experience. The room was clean, and everyone was always ready to help. From the security at the gate to reception and housekeeping, the welcome made us feel sure we’d enjoy our stay, and we did. Thank you for making us feel so welcome. I recommend it, recommend it, and recommend it again.

They sang happy birthday to my wife at reception after I mentioned it in the booking request, and there was a special welcome gift waiting in our room. The staff were so welcoming and the place was very clean. I love it here and will definitely come back for a longer stay.

Tiyani was very helpful. The hotel is beautiful, and our room was well prepared and quiet enough for a good night’s rest. Breakfast was delicious and filling.

Premier Hotel Thohoyandou is just what she thinks she is! ✨ 🤏🏽 I’d be lying if I said I didn’t enjoy my stay. The staff were friendly, and the place was clean. It was easy to get help from reception, and they made you feel at home. Keep it up, guys!
