RS Garden Guesthouse

They made special arrangements around my everyday needs while I was there for business, including food, drinks and laundry. I really appreciated the client service from RS Gardens Guesthouse. The staff were friendly and professional when I arrived. Thanks to the whole team and management.

After a long drive, it was good to find a spacious, clean room with everything I needed. The staff were friendly and professional from the moment I arrived, and I had a pleasant stay at RS Gardens. The food was hearty, healthy and yummy. There’s also a beautiful pool and Lapa that I’m looking forward to using in summer.

I’ve been coming here for two years and enjoy seeing the place keep getting upgraded. It’s an elegant guest house, with spacious rooms, a private setting, a clean pool and a braai area. It’s safe for kids, too. Thanks for always being so welcoming and ready to help. They listen and are willing to improve. I’ll be back to this peaceful place.

Herbert was a great host, and the staff kept helping with all my requests during our two nights there. I loved the room we were given, especially being so close to the pool, but it wasn’t the one I’d booked. I’d paid a lot for a specific room with a King Size Bed and got two joined single beds instead. Next time I’ll book the most expensive Room, the separate house beside the pool and braai Area. I think it was probably the first guesthouse in the Garden. The standard room was disappointing next to ours, and I felt bad that my guest was in it. I considered upgrading them, but they were usually with us in our room or by the pool, and we were in Thohoyandou for a Wedding. Breakfast is an optional extra at R120 per Person. It tasted amazing, but next time I’d rather eat out for cheaper and have more options. We weren’t given a menu, just the meal of the day. Give this Guesthouse a try, but book early and avoid a standard room if you want the best one. Otherwise you might think I wasn’t being honest. 😊
