Members of the Magalies Dendrological society, we walked through the indigenous forest and then got friendly service at a great price. The place is neat and well maintained, with a spectacular view. It looks like it would be a great place to stay.

Christina deserves a special mention. She went above and beyond, with a friendly, professional approach and real dedication to good service. She made our visit memorable and is a real asset to the hotel. We had a fantastic stay at Magoebaskloof Hotel. The spacious rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were warm, attentive and professional throughout. Service was immaculate. Highly recommend!

The management's rude, arrogant attitude made an already frustrating stay feel disrespectful, as though guests weren't valued or cared for. There was no Wi-Fi and the TV didn't work, which is unacceptable these days. I felt cut off from the world. If comfort, respect and basic hospitality matter to you, think twice before booking. Management needs to start treating guests with the dignity and service they deserve.
