The apartments are modern and spacious, and the surroundings are clean and good for families with children. There's also an outdoor communal pool for sunny days. The gate security staff were warm and welcoming, always greeting us with smiles and checking in. Some residents are friendly, though others aren't. It overlooks the table mountain and is very convenient, about a 5-10 minute walk from Gardens Shopping center and close to Camps Bay beach, Long Street, V&A waterfront, and other tourist spots.

There is plenty of parking for residents and visitors. It's in the city, but the atmosphere makes it feel like wilderness. In the morning, you hear different bird species, and at night you can look at the stars from your own back garden or apartment balcony.
