The pool was a lovely surprise, clean and set near the lapa for an evening drink. It’s far enough from the rooms that you don’t hear the noise. The staff were warm, attentive, and quick to help. Reception sorted out a booking mix-up fast and with real understanding. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-kept the hotel was. Loved it.

The stay felt chaotic and poorly run, and I’d advise people to stay elsewhere unless things improve. At breakfast, the buffet was limited and badly organized for a hotel of this standard. Service was awful: I waited more than an hour for food, and the order was wrong. The second time, they got it wrong again. Even the water I asked for took an hour and a half to arrive. Nobody apologized or showed any urgency or accountability. The bathroom was clogged, which made it seem like basic maintenance had been ignored. The whole experience felt like a circus, with serious problems in service, hygiene, and staff training.

I liked the breakfast buffet, with plenty of choices for different tastes. The staff were friendly and the service was really good. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean.

The garden was the best I’ve ever seen, and it’s clearly well maintained. Everyone was friendly and professional. When I was running late for breakfast one day, a staff member quickly put together a breakfast pack for me. Thank you.

A few things stood out: the rooms are modern and clean, with air conditioning, and there’s free Wi-Fi and parking. There’s also a pool and garden, plus an on-site restaurant and bar. Most guests seem to mention the friendly, helpful service. Free breakfast is included with most bookings.
