The room was immaculate and comfortable, and the hotel felt elegant while still being welcoming. What stood out most was the team, who were friendly, attentive, and happy to help at every turn. From arrival onward, I was met with warm, professional hospitality. You can tell the staff take pride in their work, and that care showed throughout my stay. Thanks to everyone at Royal Sibaya for a brilliant visit. I'd gladly recommend it and hope to return.

The thoughtful details, lovely surroundings, and comfortable room made my birthday stay at Sibaya feel truly special. The staff welcomed me warmly and made me feel cared for from the moment I arrived. The meals were delicious, and the atmosphere was relaxing. I’m grateful for the kindness and professionalism that made my celebration one to remember. I’ll be back!

My twin family room was spacious and just right. It was right beside the pool, but the place was still quiet and peaceful.

The place is beautiful, and both the service and food were amazing. The rooms need better upkeep, though. Water runs onto the floor when I shower, some tiles are broken, and the aircon only blows cold air. I’d really like them to do more maintenance.
