We paid over R15000 for apartment #48, a three-bedroom place, and it was falling apart. Rain came through the ceiling and into the living area around the balcony sliders even when they were shut. Some power points didn't work, and there's no aircon in the living room. I'd look elsewhere. Definitely wouldn't recommend it.

A real gem on the coast, especially if you like being near the ocean. It's one of the best self-catering apartments I've stayed in, and I'll come back whenever I'm on the north coast. I'd recommend it.
