From check-in to check-out, everything felt peaceful and quiet, and the service was friendly and professional. The rooms are very clean, with a lovely fresh smell each day. The bedding and towels were bright white and smelled delightful. We’ll definitely visit again.

Staff were very helpful, and I liked the modern rooms, pleasant outdoor space, and location. My one concern is the top bunk: it has no railing, so a child could fall off easily. It doesn’t feel safe for kids.

You get spacious, clean rooms with air conditioning and wi-fi at an affordable price. It’s close to the malls and everything you might need, but still feels quiet and peaceful. I’d recommend it if you’re coming to Bloemfontein for shopping, a hospital visit, or time in the city and want somewhere nearby to rest and unwind.

Room 5, where I stayed on 7 October 2022, was neatly laid out and put together well. But I couldn’t sleep because the people next door held a meeting on loudspeaker from 9pm until after 3am. The noise seemed to come through the roof space, despite the brick wall. I had an early day ahead, and would have booked somewhere else if I’d known. There was no night staff on site to help, which may be a feasibility issue, but it matters on busy weekends. A few other things stood out: the wooden toilet seat was badly chipped and should be replaced, half-used toilet paper rolls weren’t desirable, and a two-prong plug in the room would help.
