We stayed for 5 nights after asking Ballito agencies before arrival if we could add one night to our original booking of 4. They'd answered our questions quickly and kept in close contact, so we thought they seemed serious. The apartment itself was nice and well located. The problem came at checkout. We were told to write our credit card number on paper and hand it to staff at a petrol station in Ballito. We said that was irresponsible, especially since they'd already charged our account three times: the first two payments and the extra night, all of which were fine. We still haven't received our ZAR 2000 deposit. We've tried contacting Ballito agencies several times about the refund, but now they don't answer our emails. Is this a fraud alert? They kept our money and tried to get our card details. Because of this, our rating is 1 out of 5. Maybe the owner doesn't know what's going on, which is a shame for them. If you can, choose somewhere else with a different agent. Are you willing to take the risk?

Safe, secure, clean, and comfortable, with a great setting. It gets very dark overlooking the ocean, though, so please add floodlights.

Beautiful views, a clean place, and a very convenient location. If I'm being extra picky, the one thing missing is air conditioning.

Every unit faces the ocean, and the complex is close to the swimming beaches and shopping centre's. It's a nice, clean, tidy complex.
