The sea view is gorgeous, and the Promanade is just one street away. Umhlanga shopping sqaure is only a few minutes' walk, with plenty of restaurants, shops and malls to enjoy nearby.

The secured promenade is lovely for a walk, run or jog, or just to stop and take in the view. There are lots of restaurants, gyms, bars and shops within walking distance, and Umhlanga's CBD has turned into a Little Miami. The sea views are gorgeous, with beautiful sunsets and sunrises. At night, the lights of ships waiting to enter the harbour look quaint and mysterious.

It's an older property, but very well maintained, and the housekeeping was excellent. The beach is very close, the ocean views are good, and it felt like real value for money. The property is secure too.
