I felt valued throughout my stay, not just accommodated. The meals were delicious, the service was efficient, and friendly conversations added to how relaxed and enjoyable everything felt. From easy check-in to the thoughtful details, there was a real sense of care. The staff were warm and attentive, and the room was spotless, nicely prepared, and had all the comforts I needed. I left refreshed and grateful for such an uplifting, seamless visit. A great stay and a lovely memory.

The staff stayed friendly, courteous and professional through all the room changes, and they did their best to help each time. I appreciated that, though it seemed these problems might be fairly common, which must make managing guests’ expectations difficult. We had a two-night stay and had to move rooms four times because of HVAC problems across three rooms. On the first evening the team kindly put us in an upgraded room, but nobody said that was only for one night. The next morning we had to pack and move again at short notice, disrupting the start of our day. In the final room on the second night, the bathroom basin drained very slowly. On its own that might be minor, but alongside the HVAC failures and repeated moves, it left us with the impression that the property may need to pay closer attention to maintenance. I’m sharing this in the hope it helps management improve operations and maintenance, and the guest experience.

Not a great place to stay. The room was noisy, with neighbours talking loudly at night and the road nearby. Our bedsheet was dirty, and the water from the basin and shower ran brown even after we left the taps on for a long time, as suggested. After a long flight, the shower was cold at 9 pm. A friend on another floor had the same problems. Choose another hotel.

The rooms and service were amazing, and I was impressed that the hotel had seriously addressed all the comments from earlier reviews. But I was very disappointed about checkout. I asked last night if we could check out late today and was told that was fine, with a note to alert the desk this morning. Now they’re saying it can’t be arranged because the hotel is fully booked. We’d already made plans around the late checkout, so this is extremely inconvenient.
