Ernest and his team make this place in the heart of La Lucia feel like a real find. They’re impeccable, very accommodating, and made every moment worthwhile. I’d happily recommend it to friends, family, and colleagues, and I’ll definitely be back soon.

Breakfast by the swimming pool was a lovely touch. The hospitality was the best, and security was good too. This is the best place, and I’d book it again.

Ernest made booking easy and looked after us throughout the stay. He was friendly, accommodating, and helpful the whole time. The place itself is a rare gem, with spacious rooms and bathrooms, a clean pool, and a library where you can unwind after a hectic day. Breakfast was scrumptious, and everything was impeccably clean. It’s near shopping malls and the beach, and well placed for getting around Durban. I’d highly recommend staying here.

The beach is about a 10 minute walk away, and the location worked well for us. Our room was neat and clean when we arrived, with everything we needed and more. The owner showed us around and was very accommodating. Breakfast had a good variety, and the staff were nice and helpful. We’d definitely stay again.

Ernest and Alfred gave great customer service and went out of their way to make me comfortable. I actually felt sad when it was time to leave, and I’ll definitely come back. The guesthouse is in a nice, quiet area, with a large, beautiful room and quite good breakfast.
