Kites View Bed & Breakfast

Breakfast was wonderful, and Irene really went out of her way to make sure guests were happy. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. When we arrived from the hot car, she’d already put the aircon on, which was amazing. We had an Amasing stay at the kites view and will definitely visit again!

After spending around 3hrs dealing with booking.com, who had messed things up, my family and I were left stranded on our trip from JHB to KZN. We’d already lost quite a bit of money on 2x booking.com bookings and were in a real financial predicament. We’d also been let down by an absolutely rude lady and bad customer service from booking.com, leaving us practically homeless. We called Irene from Kites View for help. Irene and the owner were selfless in providing us with accommodation. I could write a book about everything they did for us. I've been back to this little Gem six times since discovering it at the beginning of 2024, whenever I need somewhere to stay in the area. You won't find a better host than Irene. Nothing is too much trouble, and she always goes more than an extra mile. She's friendly, loving, and sincere. Always lovely to book in with her. It's the best B&B I've ever booked with. 😊 The rooms are clean, fresh, tidy, and spotless, and the photos are spot-on. Everything works, from the AC to the Nesspreso machine. There's a beautiful Seaview to greet you over morning coffee, plus a quiet, relaxing atmosphere that feels like an escape from busy cities. Breakfast is served warm and well, and I've never been disappointed, even with a special requirement. And oh my, Irene can spoil you with freshly baked Carrot cake or baked Cheesecake. There's always some little surprise waiting for you. Thank you, dearest Irene, for another lovely stay. I'll definitely be back.
