The host was VERY kind and pleasant, and answered my questions well. I wasn’t there long, but I enjoyed the room. It had coffee and tea, a nice shower, good towels, and a comfy BIG bed. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner, and there were no wash cloths. The view out the window wasn’t exciting, but who needs one while sleeping? Breakfast was extensive, much like at the other places I stayed: yogurt, coffee, cereals, breads, and hot cooked breakfast if you wanted.

The rooms were lovely, private, and very spacious. For a luxury guesthouse, I would have liked a few extra touches, like matching cups, a better coffee range, and some milk instead of cremora.

I managed a peaceful, warm night's sleep, but the hospitality fell well short of other places. The room's cleanliness was average. In the morning, nobody was there to serve breakfast at first, so we made coffee and waited about 25 minutes before the lady came to offer it. When we left, there was no one to hand the key to. I tried calling four times to confirm the address and my calls were declined, then rang three times when I arrived just to get in. I can see the reviews are great, but this was my experience.

It felt like a home away from home, with friendly people, good service, and food. The owner was friendly and professional, and made us a lovely breakfast. The place was very clean, and I had a wonderful holiday. We spent 3nights here in July 2016 for my birthday celebration. I recommend it to any person or couple looking for a very quiet and nice B&B, and I’m definitely coming back.

Madeleine made the stay feel like being at home, and the clean, roomy rooms had the free WiFi I needed. I spent six nights here while visiting from New Zealand. Breakfast on the patio was great, and everything I needed was close by, including Gateway Shopping Centre.
