The large windows give the unit excellent views, and the apartment was nicely presented. The kitchen was missing some basic things: no dishwashing liquid, drying cloth, or rack, and there was no microwave for quickly warming food or drinks. Getting in and out of the apartment block was a terrible mission, so I'd give the access and exit zero points.

The views at The Arch are spectacular, with a great vibe and good food. I've visited Barons and another restaurant there, though to be clear, I haven't stayed at or even been inside the hotel 😉.

There are lots of photo spots and panoramic views, plus a beautiful setting and a good range of restaurants. The Baron is my favorite.

My favorite place to be. The waitresses and waiters are kind, and the food is nice. Keep up the cleanliness!

Umhlanga Arch canceled my confirmed reservation through Booking.Com just as I was getting ready to leave early in the morning. Shocking. They say the refund will take 14 days, which really isn't cool.
