The pools look especially good at night when the blue lights come on, and Gateway is only about 5 to 10 minutes away, with plenty of takeaway and entertainment choices nearby. The apartments are spacious and the atmosphere is relaxed. I feel completely safe here and absolutely love the place. Just remember to take your access card whenever you leave the premises. They have strict rules, and without the card you can't get back in.

The apartments have a decent amount of space, with full bathrooms that include both a shower and a bathtub. There are also braai spots, places to dry clothes, areas to relax, and pools for adults and kids. Gateway Theater of Shopping is an easy walk away. Parking is in a secure two-level basement, with controlled access, 24-hour service, and CCTV throughout.

The communal areas are a big part of why this place feels so poorly cared for. The waste area by the elevator is always dirty and stinks, the walls are filthy with mud, and the lifts hardly work. When load shedding hits, the basement parking is pitch black at any time of day, so you can't see where you're stepping without a light. There are no generators for the lights or elevators, and poor drainage plus no air vents beyond the windows seem to be contributing to dampness. Mold is ruining things in the cupboards. The social side has gone downhill too. Since a recently appointed trustee and supervisor came in, kids are chased indoors and told not to play in shared areas, whatever the time. Security tells them to stop or go inside without speaking to their parents, and the trustee reportedly pressures security by threatening their jobs. It no longer feels child-friendly. Health and well-being don't seem to matter, while pettiness does. It feels like the complex is being turned into a badly maintained retirement village. The appearance gets attention, but once you're living here, nobody wants to take responsibility for fixing the problems. A very poor investment.

It's a lovely place to live: peaceful, quiet, and serene. The parking is good, and everything is clean and well looked after. I also feel very safe and secure here.

Right next to Gateway Mall, in a peaceful area. The building is beautiful and clean, and security is good.
