The hosts at Sandals Guesthouse made the stay feel personal, like we weren’t just another hotel number. Breakfast changed each morning and was delicious. Khaya and his cleaning team were wonderful too. A lovely experience all round!

We came from the UK and felt very well looked after at Sandals. The location is superb, a three-minute flat walk to the restaurants, especially chefs table, and five minutes to Daily Dose, the brilliant coffee shop at the start of the beach promenade. Breakfast was fabulous, and special mention to the wonderful khaya and his “Health” rusks.

The breakfast was outstanding, and our room was spacious, spotless, and had lovely amenities, luxurious bedding, and a gorgeous balcony. Ashley welcomed us warmly when we arrived and gave us a complimentary upgrade. Big thanks to Ashley and Hazel for their exceptional hospitality at Sandals Gusst house. The property is gorgeous and conveniently placed for walking to restaurants, cafes, a mall, and the beach. We absolutely loved our stay, would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Umhlanga, and would rate it 10/10.

Malinda, her husband, and the staff made us feel right at home, and they made sure all our extra requests were taken care of. The place is beautiful, classy, and clean, with lovely decor from the garden through to the dining area and bedrooms. We really enjoyed the great service and nice breakfast.
