The room had a damp smell and stained bedding, and the staff were rude. Other guests sat right outside our door. When we asked them to move, they wanted to argue in front of my kids.

We were left stranded outside, two women on the road, with no answer at the gate or on the phone. They took my money and disappeared. An upstairs window was open and a car was parked in the yard, but nobody responded. This place is a complete fraud. I want my money back and will report it everywhere.

The reception staff tried to help, but couldn't fix the problem, and there were no other rooms available. We ended up leaving to find somewhere else to stay. We'd booked a room with a pool view, but were put at the back of the hotel with no view at all. On top of that, they were painting right outside the door and the smell was awful. I don't recommend this place. The advertising is false and we didn't get what we booked; I've supplied photos of the front view and what we saw from the window.

It was only one night, and a rushed, stressful one, but we slept better than we have in a long time. Our room was right beside the pool and still felt completely private, with curtains that closed properly. It was clean, had plenty of amenities, and the staff were pleasant. I'd definitely come back.
