Dear Hotel Management, After checking out on 1 June, we realised we'd left a bag of valuable jewellery in our room. We were worried, so hearing that your staff had found it and turned it in was a huge relief. Nomxolisi Mtolo found the bag, and her supervisor, Buyi Mlaba, made sure it was reported and kept safely until it could be returned. Their honesty and professionalism reflect very well on your hotel and the values of the team. Please pass on our heartfelt thanks to Nomxolisi and Buyi. They turned a distressing situation into one that restored our faith in people's kindness and honesty. We're sincerely grateful to the staff for doing the right thing and for the outstanding service. We'll remember this experience and gladly recommend your hotel to friends, family, and fellow travellers.

The room could really use a locker or small safe for a wallet and phone while heading to the beach. Still, the apartment was clean, comfortable, and functional, with working air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The resort is very well maintained, and from the fifth floor I had a beautiful view over the garden with the ocean nearby. I also loved being able to walk from the resort straight to the promenade. Wow, one of the best promenades in the world!

Buyi, the manager, made us feel valued with her friendly, helpful manner and the extra effort she put into making things right. The resort itself is beautiful, clean, well maintained, and professionally run, with a welcoming feel that's great for a relaxing getaway. I'd recommend Breakers Resort for a comfortable stay, and I'll definitely return.

We loved being close to the ocean, with spectacular views, and getting to Gateway and Ocean Mall was easy. Breakers Resort felt welcoming, with pristine facilities and a comfortable, stress-free atmosphere for a family retreat. Ms. Buyi really stood out. She was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Her dedication to guests shows in the resort's high standards. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely book again.

The heated pool was my favourite, though there was so much else to do that you won't get bored. Breakers Resort has hiking, table tennis, adventure golf, pool tables, volleyball, a game room, and a spa on site. The hike was one of the best we've experienced, taking you right to the beach, which is also easy to reach. There's a hidden forest cafe too. I loved my holiday here. I stayed from 15 April 2026. It's a beautiful resort with everything you need to relax and unwind. The staff were kind and helpful, and my room was cleaned every day. No complaints from me, and I'll be back soon. Five stars.
