For all seven days of our stay, we had no complaints about the food, and the service was great. I want to thank everyone at The Comfort Zone for their top quality, friendly service. From the manager to the cleaners, every staff member was welcoming. Their personalities are hard to put into words, and the place really feels like a home away from home. Keep up the excellent work. We’ll definitely return.

It was my first business visit to Umthatha, and we had a great experience at Comfort Zone. Zandi and the rest of the staff were welcoming and sorted out every request warmly and efficiently. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed, including a fridge. It was clean, with fresh linen and a bathroom that worked properly. The cleaning staff were amazing, ironing the bed linen each day, leaving clean towels daily, and even doing my ironing. The food was exceptional and good value for money. Parking is secure, and they’re working on the entrance. I’ll definitely be back.

If you’re looking for an affordable B&B, The Comfort Zone B&B is a good place to stay. They also have restaurants, and the water is heated with gas, so you can still have hot water when there’s no electricity.
