LLZZ Boutique Lodge

We were overbooked and sent to another BnB up the street. The beds there were extremely firm, and rain came into the bedrooms at night. When we were moved back, things got worse. My colleague was given a dingy room and asked to switch. Her morning shower was ice cold, so she had to use my room. The next morning, my water and my other colleague's were cold too. They then accused my colleague of taking an iron and ironing board. When we called to ask what was happening, they were rude and hung up mid-conversation. The facilities were shoddy for what they charge. I'm annoyed they got paid after treating us that way. The staff were extremely rude, and I wouldn't book here.

The table was filthy and unhygienic, and the room needs a proper scrub. There's no heater, and hot water comes through in a trickle after more than six minutes. A powerful light shines through the bathroom, which has no curtain, and kept disturbing my sleep.

I can't find words for how bad the experience was. Maybe once they're fully booked, they stop caring who comes or where people come from. Anyway, take care.

We cancelled our booking when we arrived because the place was poor quality. The lounge smelled stale, the toilet had no water, and the staff seemed confused and disheartened.
