The place is clean, and I was impressed to find an iron and ironing board outside my room, since most guest houses only provide them if you ask. Breakfast runs from 07:00-09:00. Around 08:00, the woman who works @ Bella knocked and asked when I was coming down because it was a half day and she wanted to knock off early 😂. She made my morning. The facilities were mostly fine apart from the broken toilet seat in room 2, and the Wi-Fi was installed but didn’t work. I gave it 1 star because the treatment was extremely poor: nobody calls to check whether you’re coming, the place is hard to find, and when I phoned for directions the owner was drunk and gave instructions without knowing which way I was facing. I met him sober in the morning, lol, and he made it feel like he was doing me a favor. At least call the day before and ask for directions.

The rooms were extremely comfortable and clean, with simple decor that still felt warm and homey. The setting was tranquil and upmarket, the evening was enjoyable, and the service was excellent. Good value for money, and I’d highly recommend it if you need somewhere that feels like a home away from home. 👌👏👍

Really nice place. I stayed in room 16, and it was better than most hotel rooms.

The service was good and the people were nice. Parking is the one issue.
