This is a homely lodge with several comfortable rooms. It doesn't serve meals, but guests can have a very nice breakfast at the coffee shop across the road if they want. The Hungry Ghost is almost next door for meals and drinks. The parking is secure and undercover, something many guest lodges don't offer. The one thing missing from the bedrooms is a wall safe, which is a necessity.

After a day on the road, it was nice to unwind with a few cold beers at the Hungry Ghost restaurant in front of the guesthouse. The location is central and seems very safe and quiet. I'm a car guy, so the secure undercover parking was a major plus. My compact room was clean and neat, with a comfortable bed and plenty of hot water. They provided two bottles of drinking water and a kettle for tea and coffee. Manager Nicky was super friendly and helpful, and check-in and checkout were easy. The R670 night rate was reasonable and included breakfast at the African Aloe Café across the street. I was very satisfied and would happily stay again. Highly recommend it for an overnight in Uniondale.

Henrietta was friendly and helpful when she assisted me. I got a big room and loved it, and the rooms were clean and perfectly fine. Breakfast at the coffee shop was enjoyable, and everything was reasonably priced. We loved the place and I'd highly recommend it.

After our Tsitsikamma trip, Uniondale Manor had everything we needed. The place was clean and neat, and it felt extremely cozy and comfortable. Niky was quick to respond and very welcoming. Thanks for helping us get back on the road to Jozi.

Susan gave us a warm welcome. The town is lovely, and the locals are so friendly. The place was beautiful, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast was good, with generous portions and great coffee. We'll be back.
