I’ve visited several times hoping things would improve, but each stay has been the same. The bathrooms aren’t clean, which is unacceptable in such a sensitive area where basic hygiene should come first. The restaurant service is another big problem. The staff there are unfriendly and extremely slow. Waiting two hours for food isn’t normal, and raising concerns doesn’t get anything fixed. Asking for a manager goes nowhere too, with excuses instead of real solutions. It feels like there’s not enough training or accountability, and the service overall is poor. Reception is the one bright spot. The reception staff are professional, welcoming and do their jobs well. Beyond that, the experience becomes chaotic and disappointing. This place has potential, but without serious improvements to cleanliness, staff training and management involvement, I wouldn’t recommend the restaurant or hotel.

The room had ants, and the view was awful, with dirty black bags outside. There wasn’t even a patio table, just chairs. The mattress springs were coming through. At 8 pm we had to move our own luggage, and there was no room service. We’d come off a road trip with food and had to put all of it in the fridge. Worst place ever.

It’s a beautiful place for a family, quiet and relaxing. Even out in the desert, it felt really cool.

The rooms weren’t clean, and the hospitality was the worst. They put me in a room that still needed cleaning. If I were you, I’d go to oasis hotel instead, it’s the best.

My team and I were very happy to rest here. The reception was top class, with a very professional welcome that made the place feel fit for royalty. I’d write more, but I have to get ready for our road trip to the #BigScreenDocumentaryFestival. Maybe I’ll add a paragraph later when I have time.
