I really enjoyed staying here and would definitely refer others. The staff are friendly and hospitable, and the place is easy to reach by foot, car or public transport, with shopping areas nearby. The self-catering setup makes things easier. There’s a washing machine, cooking utensils, a safe, microwave, iron and ironing board, washing line, tea station, and a bigger smart TV. The rooms have air conditioning, too. There’s secure parking behind a remote-controlled gate. Keep up the good work.

We come to Pretoria for work quite often, and we're glad to have found somewhere that feels like home. The rooms were spacious and super clean, and the staff were always smiling and friendly. One of the best places we've stayed. Thanks for making our visit memorable.

The service was to a very high standard, and my room was big and neat. I checked in on 3 Nov 25 and was meant to leave on 14 Nov 25, but had to check out within two days of arriving. The staff were very understanding about it. I'll definitely book with them again next time I'm in PTA.

I love your place, but I'm concerned by what I saw: women moving a fridge from one room to another. That seems wrong on every level. Doesn't Akanania have a maintenance team to move fridges and other heavy things? Women shouldn't be expected to lift heavy items as part of housekeeping. Please address this as soon as possible. I don't want to start seeing the place as one that doesn't respect women.

I enjoyed every moment at Akanani apartment, but the power issue needs attention. We've been without electricity for more than 24 hours, and I have meat and other food in the fridge that's starting to smell. For such a big company, why isn't there a backup generator? Please fix this and do damage control, because other clients are starting to complain too. I'm a long-stay guest. Sj Mlangeni
