The bathroom ceiling was covered in mold, and the smell spread through the room. The door wouldn't lock, the aircon didn't work, and the warm blanket didn't work either. The place was dirty and run-down. I didn't shower or eat there.

There was no hot water, heater, or electric blanket, but they sorted it out and bought one the next day.

I arrived at night to find a dirty room with towels that had clearly just been used. When I raised it, the caretaker had the nerve to say it wasn't his job. I was left completely disappointed, and my OCD still gives me flashbacks. Ten minutes after checking in, my luggage was stolen. There was no explanation and no CCTV coverage. The place has no security, and the management seems incompetent. A night in your car feels much safer. This self-proclaimed 3 star disaster is a cesspool, and it wouldn't surprise me if someone got hurt there without any explanation.

I had to change rooms because the geyser wasn't working, and warm water wasn't always available. Nothing is organized. You even have to ask for coffee and a kettle. I stayed for 3 nights, but wouldn't recommend it unless you desperately need somewhere for the night. There's no WiFi, and the gates are opened by hand. If nobody is there, you have to get out of your car and open them yourself.
