The rooms were clean and tidy, but the staff didn't seem eager to help, and there was no communication about supper. Breakfast was booked for 7am, yet staff only arrived at 7:30 to start preparing it.

Maps doesn't show the venue entrance accurately. The venue is beside the road, but you need to go about 1 km to reach the entrance.

The food is divine, the staff are friendly, and Pluto is an awesome dog. This is by far one of the best places I've stayed, and it'll be my go to accommodation when I'm in the Hillcrest/Durban area. I love you guys!

The rooms are comfortable, with a small desk and chair for working and a single seater couch. The bathroom has a large shower with strong, hot water, plus an adequate basin and toilet. There's a selection of Dstv channels. The air conditioner in my room wasn't working, but the weather was cool enough that I didn't need it. Breakfast has good options. The venue also has a large hall for functions and weddings, and a honeymoon suite. If you're looking for a place in the Waterfall area, it's definitely worth considering.

There are some nice spots for photos, and the main hall is wheelchair accessible. Vehicles can reach the garden area, though the garden itself isn't accessible. The bathrooms could use an upgrade and regular cleaning staff.
