We always book the studio, and it feels like a home away from home. It’s quiet, with nature all around, and the owners are friendly and always ready to help. Whatever room option you choose, it’s a wonderful place for a weekend. I’ll keep recommending them.

The hosts were very helpful and shared plenty of ideas for things to do, including birdwatching along the river. We had a lovely stay at Faodail guest house, where the studio was spacious and well equipped.

We’ve been here for the past month and have no criticism of the owners. They’re very welcoming and accommodating, and let us rent the cottage with our two dogs. We have our own key and remote for access to the property. There’s also a cleaning lady who comes once a week for a spring clean. The cottage has an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area, plus a private bedroom with an en-suite shower.
