This Boutique Lodge in Welgevonden Game Reserve is an amazing find, with wonderful views and gorgeous private rooms. Manager Michelle leads a five-star staff, Chef John turns out exceptional courses, and Server Gladys adds thoughtful, pampering touches. The twice-daily safari runs with Head Guide Aubrey were another highlight. I can’t begin to say how impressed I was.

Abrie’s deep knowledge of wildlife helped us spot a huge range of species, including the Big 5. Among the animals we saw were lions, rhinos, hyenas, zebras, baboons, giraffes, leopards, and elephants. He was a brilliant guide. The whole team, led by Michelle, made this holiday of a lifetime special. Jonathan looked after the drinks, Lizzie was a lovely housekeeper, and Mapule, John, and Minky cooked wonderful dishes. Nedile Lodge is a fantastic safari destination, with friendly staff, five-star accommodation, and a peaceful wildlife setting. Tricia and I would thoroughly recommend it.

The meals from Mapule, John, and Minky were genuinely some of the best we’ve ever had. The hospitality was unmatched, and we were warmly welcomed from arrival until we left. We’ve never experienced service like it. Jonathan was always a friendly face, keeping our drinks topped up and helping whenever we needed. Lizzie, our wonderful housekeeper, brought coffee to our room before the morning drive and started the day with a smile. I’d highly recommend her Rungu massage. Our guide Abrie was brilliant, with a real passion for wildlife and impeccable knowledge. His experience helped us see incredible things and make memories for life. The scenery and views at Nedile Lodge are spectacular, with wildlife all around to enjoy from the pool. Everything about our stay was amazing. A friend recommended Nedile to us, and we’ll be recommending it to our friends too. Thank you to everyone there for an unforgettable experience.

Abrie brought the bush to life on every game drive. His deep knowledge, patience, sharp instincts, and passion for wildlife helped us understand the animals, their stories, the land, and the balance of the ecosystem, not just see them. Thank you, Abrie, for being the soul of our safari. We left with a deeper appreciation for the bush and hope to return one day. Nedile Lodge felt like a peaceful, quiet sanctuary connected to nature from the moment we arrived. The setting is breathtaking, but the personal attention and genuine warmth of the whole staff really made it stand out. I’ve stayed in luxury hotels around the world and haven’t experienced customer service this personal. With only 5 rooms, the team clearly cares about making each guest’s stay meaningful. Every small gesture made us feel welcome and at home. The food was amazing, cooked with love using local products. I’d highly recommend Nedile Lodge for a peaceful escape and an authentic safari experience. Pure magic.
