The outside and location might put you off at first, but inside it's a different story. The rooms are clean, with a mini fridge and microwave, and the linen was clean too. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious and arrived on time. Only downside was the noise from the club in the same yard. Apart from that, I highly recommend it 👌

The party didn't end until two in the morning, and the loud music from the bar kept me awake all night. I had two meetings to attend, but ended up with a huge migraine from lack of sleep. They don't tell guests about this feature of the hotel, and I found that unprofessional and unethical. I called reception to complain and asked the manager for at least half my money back. They told me to send my banking details, but now they aren't replying to my emails. I agree with an earlier review that it's more like a shebeen than a hotel where guests can relax. They give guests rules about keeping quiet after ten and considering others, but don't follow those rules themselves. Worst experience ever.

Part of the hotel is a shebeen, and the noise you have to put up with during the day and until 8:00 in the evening is absolutely ridiculous.

The club on the ground floor makes so much noise that it's hard to sleep.

A great place to spend time with friends or family. The room is beautiful, and the welcome is warm. The service is great.
