My booking, which I’d made well in advance, was canceled just 30 minutes before I arrived, and the room was given to a walk-in cash customer. I was left stranded in the middle of the night in a dodgy little town, White River. They didn’t seem to care about my safety. The receptionist was arrogant and rude, and told me customers aren’t allowed to speak to management for help. They’re a bunch of scammers, in my view. This place shouldn’t be in business or on this platform. Save yourself the trouble and take your money elsewhere.

I didn’t like the location, and there aren’t Uber services in the area, so you need your own transport. The outside wasn’t appealing and needed painting. The woman at reception was arrogant and didn’t make me feel welcome.

The door handle was broken and the window wouldn’t close. There was no milk for tea, and the ladies weren’t welcoming. They always seemed moody whenever I asked for anything. I’d suggest sorting out your staff first if you want to improve things. Terrible.

The service was great, the rooms were excellent, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Wi-Fi was on point, too, and the place is in a safe area. I recommend it 100%.
