We chose one of the two suites and thought it was worth the price. There was lots of space, lovely decor, and a fantastic view. Our host knew the area well and was enthusiastic about sharing useful suggestions. Breakfast was excellent, and we really appreciated finding a fruit basket in the room instead of the usual wrapped biscuits.

Our second stay at Whale’s Way Ocean Retreat was in an Ocean View Suite, and the room was so spacious and luxurious that leaving was hard. The outlook was breathtaking, easily the best view in Wilderness. Breakfast was wonderful every morning. We also had a private dinner where the owner cooked freshly caught fish for us, a personal, authentic touch that made the experience feel very special. For views, dolphins, and world-class hospitality, this is the place.

Benji and the family made us feel so well looked after. Even when we arrived, they took us on a really cool tour of the property and showed us what it has to offer. The location and views are beautiful, and breakfast was awesome. The owners clearly care about their guests. We had a highly recommended stay, and when we're passing through Wilderness again, we'll be stopping by this gem.

Benjamin was such a funny, friendly host. The ocean view was beautiful, and breakfast was delicious, with generous portions that meant we didn't need lunch.

Breakfast was the best we've ever had, a feast every morning with food that tasted as good as it looked. We spent three nights here over Christmas, and the sunset from the deck was incredible. This has been our favourite place in Wilderness. Thanks for such a great stay, we can't wait to come back! Kala & Ryan
