The pool area didn't feel suitable for families, with other guests drinking and playing loud music. They left it so messy that others couldn't use the facilities. I told hotel management, but they didn't take responsibility or ownership.

The room itself was fine, but the service was pathetic. During our three-night stay, I repeatedly asked reception and the cleaning staff for extra towels and even toilet paper, and got ignored. The staff seemed not to care at all, and the poor management and cleaning let the brand down badly. I won't be returning anytime soon.

We paid a R1000 deposit when we booked for October, but it still hasn't been returned. When we call, the ladies hang up on us. :(
