At Dom's B&B

Dominique and her husband make a great breakfast themselves, and Dominique welcomed us with a big smile and a hug. I was a little unsure about staying at a bed and breakfast for the first time, but that warm welcome and being shown to our room had me completely relaxed. The hosts and staff were around for questions and help, and went out of their way to fit us in at the last minute. That really saved our December holiday. People say you arrive as a stranger and leave feeling like family, and that was true for us. We’ll come back when it’s just the two of us. The place is clean and well organised, with comfortable beds, quality bedding and towels in the rooms. The pool is lovely for cooling off, and the porch and entertainment area have great views. It’s right on the beach, about 50 metres from a beautiful stretch of sand, with shops and good “kuier” places nearby. The location is fantastic. There’s solar power, so we had no load shedding or power failures, working aircons in the rooms, and wifi for guests. Those aircons actually cool the rooms, unlike some places with very old units that don’t. You can book with confidence, it’s worth it. Thanks, Dominique, we can’t wait to see you all again!
