Artem Apartments - Flat 3

The kids had fun in the pool, and the staff were helpful. We stayed in a clean, spacious apartment close to the shopping malls. The host was friendly and dealt with issues efficiently, including an annoying beeping noise that the owner fixed after we reported it. There was backup power too. We did have to wait a while to get in, and I forgot to take photos, but I enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the apartment.

The pool was there, though I never got around to using it, and I forgot to take any pictures. Still, I’d happily stay here again when I’m in Kitwe. The apartments are affordable, with plenty of parking, security, and Wi-Fi. They’re clean and spacious, modern, and fully serviced. The owner and staff were friendly, and the bedding was fresh. There were no roaches, which I appreciated after staying in places that had them. I was also glad not to worry about power for the three days I was there, thanks to their 5 power. The air conditioners only work when there’s zesco power, though, and it was hot! 😊

We had a lovely stay at Artem Apartments. It was quiet and felt secure, and Mr. James provided great service. Everything was on point. I’ll definitely be back soon.

The apartments are really spacious, and the area is peaceful and secure. I loved having backup power and a gas stove for outages. A lovely place to stay.
