The staff are always welcoming, and the meals come with a smile. They even washed my vehicle each morning without me asking. I stay here whenever I visit Kitwe, and I’ve always enjoyed it. The rooms are clean and comfortable, too.

Clean and decent, and I really enjoyed staying here. I’d recommend it.

I liked the quiet setting, and the cleaning service is good. The standard room and bathroom are both spacious and comfortable, with complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi is slow, though, and the rooms only lock from the inside. That could be a security concern.

The rooms are very clean, and the location across from Copperbelt University is okay. The road there is in poor shape for driving, though, and the shower pressure can be low, so the plumbing could use some work.

The beds were really comfortable and the linen clean. Carol, chef Solomon and Richard helped with all our requests, and the staff were friendly. The place is neat, modern and CLEAN, though the maintenance needs attention. I was impressed.
