Daniel gave me very good service. The rooms are clean, the location is great, and the service was good. Highly recommend.

I loved the place overall. It has a pool, gym and bar, so you can get almost everything there. The staff are friendly and it’s very clean. I was disappointed by the K100 room service charge, though. I was in room 4, right by the kitchen door, and could’ve walked outside to get the food myself.

This is my fifth time here in Kitwe, and it’s still a great place to stay. The rooms are being upgraded, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the restaurant has a diverse menu.

The staff were polite and accommodating. We arrived after the kitchen had closed, but they still made us something to eat. The room was beautiful and spacious, with great trimmings and plenty of hot water. I heard traffic all night because it was beside a busy main road, but I won’t hold that against them. The bath had no stopper, and a whole glass panel was missing from the shower, so water went all over the bathroom. The towels seemed clean, but they could use a little bleach to make them whiter. On a cold July night, the louvers wouldn’t close and there wasn’t an extra blanket. At that price, I definitely wouldn’t stay again. Would I recommend it? Maybe.
