I stayed at Elibar Apartments for one night, and the room was so dusty that I ended up with a terrible flu. I asked to move, but they said they were fully booked. They said they'd find me somewhere else, yet when I returned after my conference, my room had been given to someone else. #veryrudelightskinnedlady. The employees' service was pathetic. I'm sorry to leave this review, but I was treated really badly.

My colleagues recommended Eliba apartments, so I called on 15th June to reserve an apartment for 3rd to 7th July 2020. I asked to pay right away, but the woman I spoke with said payment was only accepted on arrival and that the reservation alone was enough. I called this morning, 26th July 2020, to check the booking and was shocked to hear from the same woman that the rooms had been taken and people had paid the director directly. Does a booking need the director's involvement to be confirmed? No one from the lodge had even told me about the change. If I hadn't called, my family and I could have arrived on 3rd July with nowhere to stay. Is this how tourist operators in the tourist capital work? Very disappointed.

I enjoyed my stay at this self-catering place. There's ample parking, and both the rooms and toilets are clean.
