The atmosphere feels so serene and welcoming. The staff are amazingly warm and clearly care, which is refreshing because that isn't always what you get from hospitality staff.

The Wi-Fi never connects, and the TV won't connect to it either. I lost my belongings and was told the cleaners had taken them, but I never got my things back. I'll never visit that hotel again.

There isn't enough parking, so some people have to park outside. We called ahead to reserve a room, then arrived 15 minutes later in the middle of the night. The receptionist claimed the room was leaking, but we eventually found out he'd given it away.

After a long trip, the front desk guy couldn't be bothered to help us with our bags. There was no hot water, and the room felt cold and unwelcoming. I would strongly recommend against staying here.

The location is really nice, the room setup is okay, and the beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms could use some work.
