Easy to get to, affordable, and free of mosquitoes.

If you only need somewhere to sleep, the price is affordable, but I didn't find it comfortable. The place doesn't match what was advertised, and the standards need work. Some rooms don't have TVs or fridges, and the administration and hospitality could be better. The showers were disappointing too, since water isn't available whenever you want to bathe.

The green outdoor areas make a lovely place to relax, have a beer, or grill with friends. It's a beautiful spot to get away from the city, and the service is wonderful. They're flexible too. A good place to stay while visiting Zambia.

The beds need improvement because they're hard, and parking is tight, with space for about five cars. If you have an early start, it may be best to park last so you don't get boxed in. The location works well for business on Lusaka's east side, but it's quite far from the CBD.
