The place was really comfortable and very clean, and the people were wonderful to deal with. We had a great stay, and the location was good too. We'll definitely come back.

The drainage was neglected, and rain flooded several units. Some of my belongings were damaged, and I'm still waiting to hear back about that. We also had no water on several occasions during our two-week stay, including one stretch of 2 consecutive days. There wasn't enough crockery or cutlery either. A number of standard outlets weren't on backup power, the generator didn't start automatically during loadshedding, and the inverter couldn't last through the outages. Around the apartment, several cupboard hinges were broken, the clock didn't work, and all the towel rails in the second bathroom had come off.

The apartment was nice overall and in a good spot. Staff were friendly and quick to deal with requests. We did run into a few issues, especially the hot water not working.

We only found out after arriving that the pool was shared, not private, which wasn't what we'd expected. The cooling also stops when the electricity is out, and right now that seems to happen most of the time. That's an issue with cooling in many Lusaka apartments.
