The staff are welcoming and made me feel at home. My stay went smoothly, and the rooms were neat, although they could use an upgrade.

The staff were friendly, but my room had a cockroach and torn linen, and the rooms need maintenance. Food was well below average, while room service was limited and very expensive. They didn’t have any ice on site either.

The staff were friendly, and the cleaning team did their job well. My room’s chair had a broken wheel, the bathroom tap wasn’t right, and the towel smelled bad. The hotel should pay more attention to its utilities, general maintenance, and the overall texture of the place.

I had a terrible night here, with big cockroaches and other bugs in the room. The sheets were stained and dirty, the room was dusty, and the door lock didn’t work. The AC was also broken. I had to ask twice before they fixed it, and requested three times before anyone actually cleaned the room. I had another night booked through booking.com that I couldn’t get refunded, but I wouldn’t stay again. I moved to the protea hotel down the road, which was 100 times better. At the front desk, they politely brushed off my concerns and said I should have flagged them. When I went over the times I had already asked for help, she didn’t have much to say.

I used the hotel’s conference facilities and found them quite good. They were clean, and the support staff were excellent.
